Requirements for Walk In:
A. Must have an ORI Number and Reason for Fingerprinting.
B. In person appearance to take your fingerprints electronically.
C. Fill out the Client Registration form.
D. Provide 2 forms of identification - valid ID, Passport and/or a D/L.
E. For AHCA (Health Care) Photo screening ID Code is Required. Picture will be take during fingerprinting.
